• Full use of electricity, spa, satellite TV, air conditioning and / or heating.
• The swimming pool is available for seasonal use.
• We can arrange airport collections if required (chargeable extra) 

Notes to the rental :

• 25 % non refundable deposit on booking
• Full payment due 8 weeks prior to departure
• £100 fully refundable breakage deposit required.   
• Detailed Guest Information pack sent upon receipt of full payment  
• No single sex groups please - couples and families only

• We will consider bookings for periods of less than one week on an individual basis - please contact us.

   

Guests may qualify for the following discount :

Last minute discount - 10% if the start date is less than 28 days away - applies April, May, June, July, August, September, October bookings only.

Long stay discount - 10% if the booking is 28 days or more - applies January, February, March, November, December only.
