TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

 

BOOKING AND PAYMENT DETAILS 

 

-        Manual bookings will be held provisionally for 7 days with written confirmation issued upon receipt of a completed booking form, a signed copy of our terms and conditions and upon payment of a 25% non-refundable deposit by cheque. 

 

-          All outstanding balances must be paid 8 weeks prior to departure or upon booking if already within this period. We reserve the right to cancel any confirmed bookings if the balance of payment is not received by the date specified within the confirmation of booking advice. 

 

-       Payment of the final balance should be accompanied by an additional 100 GBP as a deposit against damages to the property and contents, breakages or loss of keys. A full refund of the said amount shall be made within 7 days of your vacating the property and upon confirmation by our Cypriot representative that the property has been left in order. Damage and / or breakages will be assessed on an individual basis and the appropriate charges levied. 

 

-          All cancellations of booking must be notified in writing. If this occurs prior to payment of the final balance just the 25% non refundable deposit will be forfeited. Notice of cancellations received after this date will result in the loss of the total cost of your booking. 

 

-          In the unforeseen event that our property should become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control a full refund shall be given of all monetary payments received at that time.                                                             

 

ARRIVAL 

 

In the unlikely event that you have a complaint upon arrival about the property or its contents you should advise our local representative within 24 hours. We will accept no liability for any complaint submitted outside of these timescales or after the hire period has expired. Any emergencies arising during your stay must be reported immediately to our representative via the available 24 hour telephone service. Contact details can be found within the property Information Pack despatched prior to departure.

 

 USE OF THE PROPERTY 

All members of your party are expected to act with reasonable care and responsibility whilst occupying the property. We reserve the right to evict members of the party if:  

-          the party size exceeds that stated on the booking form

 

-          any disruption or disturbance is caused to others, especially during 23:00 hours to 08:00 

 

-          damage to the property or other nearby properties has been caused (charges may apply) 

 

Please ensure that the property is locked when not in use and that all persons are sufficiently supervised in order to avoid any domestic hazards both in and around the property, particularly around the private spa (lockable cover provided), terrace, elevator and communal pool areas. As owners of the property we do not accept any responsibility or personal liability for any ensuing accidents or occurrences. 

 

The property will be available for your occupation from 15:00 hours on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 11:00 on the departure date 

 

-          Our property is non-smoking and we respectively ask that you do not smoke inside the building. Smoking is permitted on the outside terrace area. 

 

-          We do not accept any pets within our property. 

 

-          Our tariffs are fully inclusive of all operating charges and in order that we may continue to offer this arrangement we respectively request that services are used sensibly. Please do not use air conditioning when away from the property or when patio doors are open. 

 

-          The property and its contents should be kept clean and tidy. All rubbish should be cleared away and placed in the communal bins provided to prevent any health hazards.

 

-          Keys should be left as instructed when vacating the property. 

 Please note that we, our representatives, or sub-contractors have the right to access the property at any time with due regard to the convenience of the hirer(s) for the purpose of inspection of the property, and to carry out essential or routine repair and maintenance work.

We regret that we cannot accept personal liability for any issues relating to the elevator and/or swimming pool facilities in view of their communal ownership. Guests should ensure that they are physically able to use stairs should the elevator be inoperable. Local hotels allow use of their swimming pool facilities if desired. 

 The properties within Elena Court are privately owned and we are unable to affect the actions of others. It is possible that there may be construction or other building work in the area. As this is outside our control no responsibility can be taken or accepted. We regret that we cannot accept liability or pay compensation where our contractual obligations are prevented or affected. Such events may include, but are not limited to, mechanical breakdown, any public supply, illness, war, threat of war, civil commotion or strife, hostilities, strikes or other industrial disputes, natural disasters, fire, acts of god, terrorist activities, quarantine, epidemics, weather conditions, government action or other events outside of our control.  

We recommend that travel insurance is taken out by all party members to ensure that you have full peace of mind during your holiday stay
